Gentle Breath Meditation™: the Warmest Embrace comes from Within

The other morning I was on the CityCat ferry on my way to work. I was aware that I’d gotten a bit frazzled on the way to drop my son at school and then during the drive to the CityCat stop – because I was impatient to get there in time to find a park so I could catch the right ferry to get me directly to work.

As I do every day on my way to work, I closed my eyes to start my gentle breath meditation. As my breath became gentler I felt an expansion in my lungs, and breathing became almost effortless. I could feel a beautiful warmth in my lungs and in my chest that then spread to my arms, my hands, and then filled my whole body. It was like a fire gently warming me and bringing a deep stillness. In that moment I recognised that I was in the warmest, yummiest, most loving embrace I’d ever experienced – yet it came from within. The Glory of Expression

I attended a Universal Medicine event called The Glory Workshop in Lennox Head in December 2012. Serge Benhayon had talked about glory in his presentations before and it had always seemed somewhat out of reach as a state of being that I could aspire to, let alone sustain on a daily basis. Changing the Reference Point in My Life

by Vicky Cooke, Customer Service Advisor, London, UK

With all the lies and ill-allegations made towards Serge Benhayon, the Universal Medicine Team and many of us recently, I have noticed something. When I was younger and something didn’t feel right, I used to say it didn’t feel right. An example would be listening to the news and politicians talking, and thinking that sounds like a load of crap, saying this to my parents, and wondering why people who to me only felt like they were in it for themselves, seemed to be deciding our fate. Why was it just up to these few people, when clearly all the decisions and actions they were taking and making didn’t seem to be for all, or improving anything?

As the years went by I stopped questioning and started accepting. Feeling that I didn’t matter, that one voice doesn’t count, that everyday people cannot make a change and we had to let others decide our fate and just get on with it. Only recently have I come to deeply realise that by just accepting this, not only did I give up on life – I also buried my voice of reason and questioning deep within and let it be silenced. Wheat & Dairy: Big Business for the Love of Money

by JJ, Australia

‘For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, in their eagerness to get rich, have wandered away from the faith and caused themselves a lot of pain.’ [1 Timothy 6:10 – International Standard Version ©2008]

Whether or not you read the Bible or have a religious affiliation, the phrase ‘Money is the root of all evil’ is no doubt a familiar one – and one most of us have heard.

How true does this stand when it comes to pharmaceutical companies, industry, the media and big business? History has shown us that companies with vested interests or investors’ money riding on the profits the company makes, look out for the money, and not for the true well-being of their fellow human beings. Wide ranging publicity is always given to medical discoveries when there are profits to be made, yet if the discovery is about simple changes people can make for themselves to enjoy better health (with no monetary profits involved for big business), there will be no fanfare and the general public usually doesn’t get to hear about it. The Moonies, Serge Benhayon & Universal Medicine: My Cult Experience

by Anne Scott, Auckland, New Zealand

My stomach and bowels were heaving: I felt completely devoid of energy. I was feeling pretty desperate. I had what backpackers in 1980 called ‘Montezuma’s revenge’. I arrived thus at what I thought was the youth hostel in Denver, having come straight from the airport and a flight from Mexico.

Except it was no longer a youth hostel. Unbeknownst to me, the building had been purchased by the Denver branch of the Reunification Church, known to many as the “Moonies” because it was founded, and was headed at that time, by a Korean man, Ken Moon (who has only very recently died). I had inadvertently placed myself into the hands of an organisation that I would now, without question, describe as a cult, as a result of the attempt to ‘convert’, ‘control’ and ‘brainwash’ me. Loving Reflections: Fanning the Embers

by Bernadette, Victoria, Australia

I attended all the events and celebrations offered by Universal Medicine to celebrate the end of the year, and as usual I was left with much to ponder and be truly thankful for. It was fun, joyful and truly inspirational.

On my walk this morning, an image came to me of what Serge Benhayon offers to all those who are open to what he presents, and it will inspire me for a long time. Continue reading “Loving Reflections: Fanning the Embers”
