I used to live in a world of blame, drive, struggle, anxiousness and images of how life should look in regards to career, marriage, children and family. This brought in comparison, judgement and jealousy. I was not willing to take full responsibility for my choices along the way. When things did not go to plan according to the image I had in my head, I would blame something, someone, or the situation. Continue reading “True Responsibility – My Understanding”
Have you ever stopped to consider if there is a difference between having sex and making love? That the way you live, the quality you choose to live in and from, govern whether you have sex or make love?
These are questions I never pondered on, never considering that there may be a difference between making love and having sex.
Making love is more than what happens between the sheets: it’s a way of living, a touch, a gaze, and a gesture in every movement in me, and in another. Continue reading “Developing Intimacy with Myself & Making Love”
I have always been a very driven person. Some would see it as bubbly, excited or motivated, but recently I have been supported to see that actually it is an unnatural drive, it is something I do that isn’t actually a part of who I am as a person. In most German villages and suburbs, we have houses where refugees live. In 2015, one million refugees came to Germany and in 2016, seven hundred and fifty thousand arrived here (1). I had not been in contact with any refugees before and didn’t know many other people who were, except one colleague at work, who shared with me that she supports a family to go to process their residency applications with the authorities and to go to the doctors. I am a woman with a family who works as a teacher, an everyday person, and an active participant in life. I am a strong, caring and an educated person who is not easily led. Or in the beautiful words of my husband, “No one is going to make this angel do what she doesn’t want to.”
I’m not a fool and am someone who speaks when she feels to. I can say I love life, know who I am and know the importance of true reflection and understanding… and all this was re-ignited in me because I crossed paths with Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine.
This happened just over 9 years ago at a time when I can honestly say that I, and the life I was leading, was a shadow of who I truly am and the potential I know I have to bring to life today. Continue reading “The TRUTH and Facts about Serge Benhayon & Universal Medicine”
