   There is an old saying

   But the student has to walk the path and that is what thousands of people have decided to do, walk the path and Anna Douglas you are one of the many that stand out as proof that there is indeed another more joyful way to live. You are an inspiration for others which also shows that Serge Benhayon is not the ‘One’ he is the one of many who have walked this earth enriching peoples lives and by that showing there is a simple more joyful way to live so that we can evolve back to where we all come from.

2. I know that when I meet Serge Benhayon I’m not just meeting a physical human-being. I am meeting a representative of heaven here on earth. My particles that make up my body resonate to the particles of the representation of Serge Benhayon and instantly I know I’m not from here and the more I attend the workshops and presentations of Universal Medicine the deeper the knowing becomes. This takes me straight back to my childhood where I felt a complete stranger within my family and I was considered the odd one out. I’m am not the odd one out none of us are but we have stepped away from heaven to live a life that is not of heaven. And we cannot deny this in truth because our current way of living constantly informs us that we live in total abuse of each other and the very planet that sustains us.

Compared to the nervous wreck I was prior to Universal Medicine, and the anxiousness, an inability to sleep, feeling shut down inside myself and relatively joyless – to have stillness and steadiness now, to feel my inner grace and delicateness as a woman, to experience joy and express myself – wow, amazing and all from the support of Serge’s work. Your story reminded me of how deeply met I felt at my first consultation with Serge Benhayon, it was an incredible and life changing experience. “… all my so called ‘issues’ or life’s dilemmas seemed to not exist in this warm and deep connection.” I know that feeling so well, the more I connect to my essence and feel that love and warmth the more I realise disturbances are not natural to us, they exist outside of our true selves. We can lose touch with who we are and in that disconnection we let those false energies into our body and can identify with ourselves as those issues, but they are not the grandness we come from and belong to.

I realised that Serge Benhayon has been presenting for 21 years and in that time has consistently shown that what is missing from this life is the fact that we come from love, it is the core foundation of who we are. The obedience to that core Ageless Wisdom teaching gets stronger every year that passes. Serge Benhayon constantly reminds us that we all have access to the same truth, he is not ‘special’ but has dedicated his many lives to the absolute truth of who we all are.

Something that I am seeing in all that is written about Serge Benhayon by those who know him is that he lives with a quality that seems so distant from how we are living but there is something so familiar about it at the same time. There is also a vast difference in the quality of the writing of those who know Serge Benhayon and know the work that he presents, to the quality of what is written about those who do not know him and make assumptions about what is presented. To know what is true and what is lies we need only to return to our body, for our body knows the difference and its the only way to discern what is and is not true, rather than seek truth through the opinion of others. This is what has got us in the mess we are in and while we continue to push this barrow our hole is only going to get deeper.

    1. Jennifer great comment I feel that when we seek truth through the opinions of others we are lost and as you correctly say this is what has got us in the mess we are in. We gave our power away to others and let them decide what was best for us rather than feeling the truth and holding steady with that knowing.

       We have a propensity to just think of ourselves, family, this is wrapped up in the need for security, but this leaves us all in a very reduced state of living. We are so much more, we hold onto our fears and it is this mixture of wanting security of life and the fear of moving out of the comfortable rut we have made for ourselves that keeps us bound to the energy that supplies our life force.

18. “… all my so called ‘issues’ or life’s dilemmas seemed to not exist in this warm and deep connection.” I can relate to this Anna, when I practise Sacred Movement I feel a deep connection to my heart and my soul, when I am there all the problems I think I have just don’t seem to exist, yes the challenges of life are there but my being is confirmed in its purity and sacredness – all from a simple re-connection to my heart.

    1. Melinda so glad you mentioned sacred movement because the movements bring us back into our bodies so that we can as you say reignite the connection back to our soul. I too have felt that when participating in sacred movement that time does not exist. I get to feel the truth of where we all belong.

21. So true – Serge Benhayon does not try selling or convincing, he just has no such need or investment in what others may or may not do with what he presents. This is such a unique posture, I find. Even in our everyday conversation, there’s often an underlining want to be agreed and sympathised with, and we use that as a measure of our connection, and the credibility and value of what we are sharing with others, and we keep feeding that with each other to sustain a so-called relationship going.

    1. The reality that we can only heal and save ourselves cuts a lot of modalities, and even facets of religion, out of the picture. Many healing practitioners need to be needed, to feel they are ‘helping’, I’ve been there myself, but unless we first live our divinity from soul we are just prolonging the misery of separation from who we are with our clients.

       How is it possible that people from all walks of life and from all corners of the world know about Serge Benhayon? How is this possible in this day and age of media advertising, that Serge Benhayon doesn’t advertise? So how do all these people from all the different corners of the world know how to find him?
       Is it possible that there is something in the old saying
       “ When a student is ready, the teacher will appear”, could this be true?
       That when we are open to and accepting that the way we are living is not it, is it possible we subconsciously put out a call to the universe that there must be more to life than what we are living ? Everyone has a story about spending their life times seeking because they can feel within themselves that they are missing a key ingredient in their life. Serge Benhayon offers through the teachings of the Ageless Wisdom the truth of who we are and it resonates within our bodies it is not a mind thing but a whole body experience.
       And let’s not forget that it is not Serge Benhayon the man but the wisdom he is able to connect to and earth so that we all have access to the same information, Serge Benhayon is just the messenger he does not in any way own what he has access to.

23. I can relate to the incessant search that one can enter into Anna. it keeps you looking, thinking that the next thing will be it. All the while keeping you further away to what is within. The need to continually search for more is a sure sign that you are on a path away from soul.

    1. I agree Jennifer, the spiritual pursuit promises everything and delivers nothing but a long winded distraction away from what was always ever-presently within.

24. I have always found it fascinating that I attended a weekend workshop learning a modality called Kinesiology and my body actually refused to co operate with me. I was allowed to try again another weekend as the course was a lot of money, still my body refused to work. A few years later I met Serge Benhayon I wanted to attend the workshops on offer and this time my body was in full agreement and I have not looked back since. This shows to me that our bodies have a knowing way beyond what our mind knows or understands.

    1. Wow, that is very interesting Mary, this certainly confirms that our body knows true healing and also highlights our body is more intelligent than our mind.

How is it that we can search many different modalities for the truth and then when you attend a Serge Benhayon course instantly the truth is there, and we know it without having to question – that’s because Serge lives the truth and when he talks it comes from his body, and the truth he speaks is for everyone not just those in the room.

After spending most of my teenage years searching for answers and the truth I saw many different ‘healing’ practitioners but Serge was the only person who asked me to take responsibility for my chocies and where I was at rather allowing me to stay playing the victim role I had got so accustomed to. He had answers but answers which resonated with what I felt and knew to be true as well just ahd never quite been able to voice them. And Serge does all this simply by living the love he is and showing us we all to can do the same as are the same.

    1. Serge was probably the first person who connected and accepted you for who you are, I know he was for me, ‘In this very first session I got to feel for the first time what it was to be truly met and accepted for who I was in essence.’

Just when i think I’ve hit a peak or started to coast I experience I moment that takes me just that bit deeper into the love that is available to be lived.     2. What is presented resonates with us all Vicky, because what is presented is the truth. This has been felt all around the world which is why there are thousands of people all around the world who have been inspired to live in a way that is harmless to themselves and others. This way of living brings a settlement to our bodies so that we do not have to live in the nervous tension that is rife in our society made worse by the food and drink we consume in an attempt to deaden the tension that we cannot stop feeling.

Because how is living with the burden and anxiety of ideals, beliefs, expectations normal? It may be the societal norm yes, but it is not a true way to live in such tension. This is what Serge Benhayon has supported me in realising and importantly understanding through the works of Universal Medicine. It has been the greatest revealer of my entire life.

Serge Benhayon not only presents this, and shows in intimate detail how this can be done, but lives this everyday of his life and it shows.

I was never knowingly searching for anything except maybe the next pub and where my next drink was coming from, so meeting Serge was really out of the blue and really couldn’t have come at a better time. I didn’t make any radical changes in a hurry but over the next four years I stopped drinking alcohol stopped eating gluten and dairy, lost a load of weight and got some purpose to life thrown in as well. I studied lots of different modalities and created a need to study more. It feels amazing to no longer have that need or continually in searching for more mode. What Serge Benhayon presents is Gold and life changing, if we are prepared to give living what is presented a go.

Yes I was always trying to ease the tension I felt in my body and even started studying Kineseology at one point only to feel so disappointed by the lack of integrity in what it offered clients and the level of livingness it asked of its clients. We are the only ones who can be discerning about what we ‘discover’ in our searching and we can be lazy and dabble here and there or we can be choosy with our energy and when we feel a difference in what is being offered. 1st stop, build a body that knows truth from not truth.

53. Yes Anna, meeting Serge Benhayon and attending Universal Medicine workshops was “only the beginning…” as since then the unfoldment and discovery of energetic awareness, and love has and also continues to unfold all the time. Life has become a living medicine.

I felt the same as you Anna, when I met Serge Benhayon for the first time and the first few presentations I went to, everything he said made sense to me, I just couldn’t fault what he said as it just felt right. So when we meet a man like this it can only be the inspirational beginning of our return walking back through our own footsteps reimprinting all the choices that we have made before and nobody can walk those steps back except us, but it is rather lovely to know that there are people like Serge Benhayon who are walking beside us all the way.

I absolutely relate to much of what is shared here in terms of being involved with many new age modalities, the most used one being Kinesiology taking it to the level of training to be a kinesiologist. However, there was still an unsettlement in my body and a need to keep searching, knowing it was not it and also feeling sicker and sicker in myself. It was on meeting Serge Benhayon, this search stopped immediately and so did the continuation of kinesiology as I knew, my body knew, in every cell what I was hearing and feeling was True. There is now nothing in me that needs more than is already here and life makes complete sense, which was always the missing piece.

I got to hear about him from woman I hardly new and the timing of it was perfect. Serge Benhayon has only ever relied on word of mouth.

Though the people may have had good intentions it took me nowhere. At the time I would have felt like I was receiving some assistance by the New Age, however now that I have experienced the Universal Medicine Therapies I can say that any ‘healing’ I previously experienced was not true at all, because we can only heal via connection to the Soul.      This man is so inspirational, confirming, encouraging and supportive that I can truthfully say every single meeting and interaction with him feels like just the beginning of a much more expanded, loving, joyful and aware me.

The problem is that any such search can meet deception because you can make it work and you are willing to override all that is necessary to give it a ‘fair trial’. This is the door that was opened for you and you’d better make sure that stays open and you stay in. Serge Benhayon is a totally different ball game. He has nothing to do with the Spiritual New Age. How could be otherwise given that he is soulful and his spirit only works with his soul? He promises nothing. He does not open any door for you. You have to do it if you feel inspired. There is no anxiety to stay in if evolving is not really your choice. Although to some it may look that he belongs to the spiritual family, he does not and that is the reason why many choose to study themselves with his support.

     Serge Benhayon, the practitioners at the Universal Medicine clinic, the Universal Medicine workshops have never been publicly advertised yet from the beginning have been booked out with clients coming back and spreading the word. When true healing is offered then there’s no need to advertise. Advertising is a selling of ones self, a hooking, a need – and this is a big clue for whether someone is offering a reflection, true healing or whether they are in the trying, fixing game with self gain or identification attached. The beauty of the Esoteric Healing modalities is that we find them when we are actually ready for truth and ready for true healing for the return of who we naturally all are – and are ready to start the steps of unfolding and return to living soul, living our godliness in our body.

This path was/is not the easy one, and it is not for a quick fix or a quick relief from life, for this path is The Path of Life.

Fourteen years ago, I recall the moment I opened an envelop to find inside a written invitation to facilitate one more workshop at the college I had just resigned from. It was Serge Benhayon’s first Heart Chakra workshop in London. I knew nothing about Serge, but my soul knew to say Yes and this led to my first meeting with him. 267. I can remember exactly when I started to look for more. I was in my early 20’s and things I couldn’t explain were happening in my house, for instance I would be the only one at home and an object would be placed in my hallway or something would jump off the table. And I didn’t drink alcohol or do drugs of any kind and had never done anything spiritual. I was freaked out. A friend mentioned a kinesiologist she went to and encouraged me to see her. That is where my searching began and I ended up studying kinesiology and reiki. Looking back on this time, what really stands out is that even though I lived with anxiety every day prior to this and didn’t feel I was enough, after dabbling in these and other new age modalities, my belief that I was worthless and needed fixing quadrupled. When I then heard of Universal Medicine, the Esoteric modalities and a man called Serge Benhayon, I was hesitant at first because I was worried this was just another empty endeavour I would jump into and it wouldn’t change anything. Well, I was thoroughly proved otherwise just by walking in the front door of a little hall nearly 10 years ago for a presentation. The palpable honouring, equality, spark, joy, integrity and respect of every single person associated with Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon himself is what made me know this is it….this is how we can live and be.

It wasn’t until I met Serge Benhayon and first heard him speak at a workshop that I became aware of the abuse I was living with, the level of disregard that I had for myself, the impact of this on my body and everyone around me. It was my first introduction to what it means to live with energetic responsibility and the start of many many shifts and changes that I have chosen to make to allow me to express and live the truth of who I am, to the best of my ability. This journey is forever deepening and expanding, but I am eternally grateful to have been so inspired by this extraordinary man, igniting the knowing that I am so much more than I had ever imagined.

287. “I was chasing my tail and never ended up with something I could sustain” – We often settle for finding distractions or modalities that keep us chasing our tail, because at least then we have a ‘goal’, be it achievable or not. But there is actually a way to live that doesn’t involve chasing or constantly tripping up on ourselves, and is actually a simple path of unfolding our discovery of what is and isn’t true, and practically applying this to our every day.

288. The more I support and develop myself, I appreciate Serge Benhayon and what he has presented to the world for us to take or leave. For me every day is an opportunity to go deeper in my exploration of me. It’s as though Serge Benhayon has given me a huge present giftwrapped with ribbons. I have studied the box carefully looking for a booby traps and I couldn’t find any. That took a few years. So, slowly I have untied the ribbons always checking to make sure there’s no catch in the presentation of this beautiful box. Another few years go by. Everything is okay. But what about taking off the lid? I slowly take off the lid holding my breath in case the jack-in-the-box- springs out to greet me … to be fooled again. Not this time. I place the lid to one side and look in the box and there inside are the most spectacular gifts. They are the gifts of true love, harmony, stillness and absolute truth. And I am not the only person to be presented with the gift wrapped box all of humanity has be given this box it is now up to all of us what we do with them. Will we put them to one side and carry on as before, or will we allow our curiosity to get the better of us and unpack the box and discover a new way to live our lives. This is totally opposite to the current way we live today. I love living against the tide of humanity because I can feel the truth of this livingness in my body, I feel free for the first time in many, many years.

289. “I often travelled to Byron Bay as part of my many spiritual journeys to that date, so I was surprised that I had never heard of this man’s name considering I was constantly in touch with any new person that entered the Spiritual New Age scene.” That is the point, that what Serge Benhayon presents has nothing to do with the spiritual new age, it is the Ageless Wisdom that he is living, it is the inner truth and wisdom we all know deep inside.

He is the real deal and if one looked at the amazing relationships he has with thousands, they would see that all of his relationships are genuine and true because that’s how he lives. I’d say that Serge is the most truly loved person on this planet and most popular if we gauged it on genuine and true relationships. This is testimony to his quality. And this is not because he panders or he seeks for people to give their power away, in fact the opposite. He simply presents and holds himself and everyone with the equality and quality and purity of the love we all are – it is our light and love we feel and say yes to.

305. We all know how to love and care for ourselves and one another, sometimes it takes meeting someone like Serge Benhayon who lives so naturally and consistently this way to inspire us to remember how enriching and purposeful it is to live this way.

     1. It is true we do all know, but we needed reminding of the fact. Many times I have sat listening to Serge and thought I know that or that makes sense and then started to realise that within me I already had the answers to my questions and I did not need the gurus, spiritual teachers that I sought for ten years.

306. My life is simple. I don’t have fancy holidays, glitzy nights-out, adrenaline sports, vices, hobbies or indulgencies. In fact, it is constantly getting simpler and simpler. Many might look at my life and call it ‘boring’? And yet, I love my life now more than ever and fully expect that love to expand and expand as I get older.      1. I love this Otto, and also love my life getting simpler all the time. Once upon a time, I would have thought it completely boring to just go for a walk on a Friday or Saturday night and have dinner and go to bed… like there needed to be more to life than that! Yet now, with being more still myself, the drive and ambition to fill myself up with doing things has gone. 308. Your story sounds very familiar Anna. I too spent time practicing yoga and finally giving up my design career to retrain as a kinesiologist. Writing this I can see the link of how one thing leads to the next and fully appreciate the stop that was brought to that whole route when I attended my first presentation by Serge Benhayon. What I felt was undeniable, though at the same time it puzzled me somewhat as meeting Serge blew everything I though I knew, out of the window. The way Serge lived and what he continues to present from that Livingness has shown me what life is truly about, and how to start to bring that love into my own life and those around me – very practically and naturally so.

     1. I have had lots of different practices too In the past Rosanna. I stayed with certain spiritual teachers because of the person, actually honestly it was rarely because of the teaching. What is very inspiring is with Serge Benhayon I am not staying because of Serge, there is none of that attachment, which is because he also does not hold attachment or imposition towards anyone. So what I am choosing to stay with, and it is my own free choice, is the light that I am aware of, a reflection that feels truly coming home to me. I am also appreciating feeling the clear difference between attachment and love, as well as my relationship with light now first before the relationship with man.

309. Equality is the foundation of healing. If a practitioner thinks, acts or holds themselves as ‘better’ than you – then no healing can take place because their movements and mannerisms will not allow the grace that is there waiting to be expressed to even be recognised.

310. Anna, it is so true what you are saying here about it only being the beginning when we meet Serge Benhayon. This is because he reflects the glory that we can live with everyday when we align to love and truth.

311. You can’t help but love this man as he is all about humanity, true service and absolute love for all equally.

I too love the fact that meeting Serge is only the beginning – thereafter there is the constant choice to deepen our understanding of life and connect to our true purpose and live with a joy that I never imagined possible when I was overwhelmed by life and desperately searching for answers. 315. ‘So their words may have been good, but they were just that – words.’ and that is what is so different about Serge Benhayon, everything he presents he lives one hundred percent and in absoluteness. His living way is so deeply inspiring and reflects all that we innately are and can be and live.

316. I know that feeling of everywhere you go it feels like something is missing, like it is not complete. I looked forward to going to school but everytime was disappointed by the level of disorganisation and lack of true connection I felt, again this happened with high school and university, every country I went to for holidays everytime I would be met with this feeling of this is not it. Until I went to a workshop presented by Serge Benhayon, I remember the feeling of feeling finally met and understood life in the way Serge Benhayon presented it made sense to me and I could see the disconnection I had been feeling was definitely there in society. I appreciate this meeting very much because without it I would have not this understanding of life and myself and Love I now have.

317. I too got to know about and eventually meet Serge Benhayon through a Kiniesiologist that I was seeing. She had attended one of his courses and one day used some of the techniques on me. What was presented to me about my life and how I was living was so accurate and so profound that I could not ignore it and I just had to go and find out about this man for myself. I went to my first workshop in 2006, and have never looked back. What Serge offered me, and everyone else that day was beyond words, and to this day his love and committment to what he does just keeps constantly evolving and expanding.

321. This is one of the qualities I appreciate in Serge Benhayon, that he does not promise, convince or fix anything. I had to do all the hard work, it was me that had to stop the self harming behaviours that were life times long. What got me through the difficult times of owning up to my own misery and lack of self care was the support of Serge Benhayon and his family. I have mentioned before but it’s worth mentioning again I had been working with a psychiatrist for over 25 years and never once was the word self responsibility used.
     In fact, I was encouraged to believe I was the victim of life which for me was a disaster because I believed it.
     It has taken me many years to understand I am not and never was a victim, I had made and continued to make some very bad choices which is understandable when I was playing the victim, my choices where self compounding.

325. Serge Benhayon has said often that he is not special, but this is the only things he says that I find had to believe.

326. I was also endlessly searching for truth, I was quite fragile emotionally. I was trying to find the true meaning of life and thought I would have some answers but never entirely satisfying. When I first met Serge Benhayon, I could see how simple life could be and how complicated I was making it.

327. ‘The fact that this is only the beginning is what I love the most.’ In the early days of meeting Serge Benhayon he would explain how most of us live life normalising our lack of vitality and that we measure our health based on how badly everyone else is doing, thinking that if we haven’t got a terminal illness we are doing OK. Yet he also explained that when we live life from a point of connection the scale is endless the other way. This is something I noted – not really believing I would ever get to that point, and yet when I reflect on the last few years I notice that I have not been ill with colds or flu or had any headaches or anything debilitating of any kind. This is just the physical aspect – there is the potential also to live in joy each day – not a place I can say I have arrived at yet but I know through continuing to work on letting go it will come!

329. It is amazing to read and feel your experience of meeting and knowing Serge Benhayon. I too noticed that everything he said made sense and there are never any gaps or contradictions in what he presents.

     1. I agree, Michael, and it is the common sense-ness of what he presents which also makes what he presents so accessible, even the most complex of concepts.

330. The love Serge Benhayon expresses in just a simple smile blows my socks off. I get to feel God’s love and know it’s there within me too, I just hide away from myself.

This is what Serge Benhayon offers each one of us by his own reflection… “I had come home to my own inner wisdom and truth and every cell of my body felt the fact…” He is completely at home with the inner wisdom we all equally hold deep within, and in this way he shows us our potential… it is our choice to connect to and honour that innate wisdom, or not.

After much ‘soul’ searching through a myriad of spiritual teachings I hadn’t come up with anything that supported my understanding of what life was truly about and the greater purpose with a divine plan. Meeting Serge Benhayon along with Universal Medicine presentations life started to make sense, especially where I actual choose to live the wisdoms that are shared.

333. This is where Serge Benhayon differs from all the other spiritual new agers… “…what Serge delivers is that the focus is never just to better your life. With the majority of new age ‘presenters’, ‘healers’, etc, it is all about them and their own agendas.

334. As I read your blog Anna, I could appreciate all that you shared about Serge. I too was searching high and low and tried so many spiritual and self help books but there was always a real selling and push to them, but with Serge there is none of that. His love for humanity has inspired me to open up and express my love too. It is beautiful.

     1. Our body really does let us know if we stop and listen. The mind on the other hand can be seriously messed with and manipulated and fed all kinds of thoughts. I know which one to trust these days and so far my body hasn’t let me down.

335. There are so many comments on here that all ring the same tune of love and honouring for this amazing extra-ordinary man. There is no doubt that what he offers is nothing short of life changing. He offers a love that we all know within, a love that has long been forgotten but is forever waiting to re-awaken. Awaken to the the beginning of walking our divineness once again.

336. ‘What was different is that he was not trying to promise me or convince me he was going to fix anything, there were no fancy words trying to hook me, only a very steady and calm voice that connected with me in a very real way.’ – Serge Benhayon showed me, in his greeting, what it feels like to be ‘met’ by someone, to be held in love without anything being asked of me, rather a loving appreciation for all that I am. It is the most exquisite feeling and gift to be ‘met’ in this way. Something that each and everyone of us can do, in fact, it’s our natural way of being together.

337. Anna what you have shared feels so incredibly expansive and it’s easy to feel that that expansion is coming from the glory of who you are.

338. Serge Benhayon sees and treats everyone as the divine being that he knows himself to be.

339. Anna those ‘super high’ feelings that were not present in your session with Serge Benhayon are what, for me, now identifies something to be false. Much of the the spiritual new age relies on those electrical flashes in the nervous system to hook people in and to keep them coming back for more. I know that I was almost addicted to the highs that I got from reading books on spirituality. But as you say, there are no hooks or highs in the truth of The Ageless Wisdom, just a deep knowing that it is something that we are each returning to.

     1. When I was a teenager and searching for meaning to life that was beyond the drudgery I saw around me, I would have fallen into the trap of the spiritual new age given half a chance. But the Ageless Wisdom is so lovely, so normal, so settled and so all encompassing, bells and whistles are tiny in this expanse, though they try their best to play big.

340. Through Serge Benhayon’s teachings and loving reflection, I have become far more aware of what is imposing, disempowering and abusive to people. I can clearly see how some of my previously well intended and ‘good’ actions fall into this category.

     The absolute integrity and dedication with which Serge lives provides a great marker and is forever helping me deepen my understanding of what is possible in terms of loving and honouring people.

341. I love how you describe the feeling as being a return – it wasnt that Serge was providing you with anything you were not already, simply allowing you the space and the holding quality that allowed you to feel safe enough to let go and be you.

342. The experience of being truly met by another is remarkable. To me, it is to be loved unconditionally – and hence it is an opportunity to surrender and simply be who we truly are.

343. When I first listened to Serge Benhayon’s presentations I knew deep within me that here was the truth as I had never heard it before, yet I knew I knew it already but just hadn’t listened to it. When I then met him for a session I knew again that what he presented was going to change my life as I am encouraged to discover my true home — my inner heart or essence— and that I have the opportunity to live my life in a new way with integrity, and gentleness. It is an ongoing deepening unfolding of a life I never before dreamed of.

Unlike anyone else I have come across in my search for the truth about life, I have never found anyone who just keeps offering more everytime I see him, with the same unwavering consistancy as Serge Benhayon. I felt so deeply loved by Serge the first time I met him, and still do to this day. And he offers this same love to every one he meets.

345. What amazes and inspires me immensely about Serge Benhayon is the way he treats every single person exactly the same – as an equal – always… and he is 100% with you when you talk with him – no distractions, no dismissiveness, completely present with you in that moment.

     1. I agree, Paula, and he never judges. He is aware of the choices everyone is making, he always shares the truth of how things are, and, therefore, the consequences of making unloving choices in life. With his love he has immense understanding, that we all have free will and it has to be our choice how we live so we can be presented with the learning that then unfolds for us as a consequence of our choices. This then presents us with another opportunity to choose differently, or not moving forward.

346. Saying no to abuse is very important but before we can even do that we need to recognise what is abuse and before that comes saying yes to ourselves and self-love

347. ‘There is a quality and integrity to how he lives every aspect of his life – a consistent commitment to live and walk the harmony and truth of what he presents’ beautifully encapsulates the uniqueness of what Serge Benhayon is offering which marks him out from other healers. It is never about him but always about supporting others to come back to themselves and make more supportive choices with no judgement or impatience but in an ever loving and patient way that is totally inspiring.

348. “His clinic was simple and humble but I could feel a stillness and solidness in there that was different to any place I had been before – there was nothing flaky about this man.”
     Universal Medicine, Serge Benhayon offers a crystal clear mirror within a space that supports one to feel safe and held. Serge is altogether free of ego, needs, judgements or expectations, he knows with absoluteness that it is the consistent purity of how he lives that offers a reflection, an inspiration that activates his clients will to heal.

349. What I love about the teachings of Universal Medicine is that is has only ever been a series of presentations and it is from these presentations that we can be inspired to look at our own lives, our own journey and at our own pace with no judgement, critique or need whatsoever.

350. Everything Serge Benhayon does brings a different way with it. There IS no need for the flyers and the adverts, there IS no need for convincing and there IS no need to perform and then go lead a different life out of the public gaze. Serge lives and presents One Life and it is immediately felt to be true, steady and trustworthy. What you see is what you get, consistently and lovingly so.

351. I have felt the superiority and imposing energy from healers, or someone claiming they are enlightened. I remember going to a kind of ashram in India that felt very strange, all these people walking around dressed in white and people queuing up to be blessed by this guru. It was so peculiar, it felt like a cult of some sort and all of the people there felt depressed and sluggish. It felt grimey and although initially I had planned to sleep there the night, I couldn’t wait to get away. That is in stark contrast to meeting Serge Benhayon and his family, whom I have felt a warmth and a connection to something that I already knew.

352. ‘…in all the years I have known Serge Benhayon, I have never seen him impose on another in any way.’ I have also known Serge Benhayon since 2005 and in that time, I have never seen him press gang anyone into his way of thinking. What makes him stand apart is his integrity, honesty and absolute transparency. He invites such a deep level of trust even in those who find trusting another difficult; he invites such an open willingness to expand and be more because he lives with such an openness and joy and he invites such a willingness to heal as he shows it’s possible to live life without hurts.

353. We have made life so complicated searching outside of ourselves for the truth and the path back to God that when we re-connect to the Ageless Wisdom we are in awe of the simplicity. After a long and arduous search we finally surrender ourselves to the inevitable path back home to God in all his infinite majesty and grace.

354. “I had come home to my own inner wisdom and truth and every cell of my body felt the fact that Serge Benhayon was the ‘real deal’” So many people have felt this way after meeting Serge Benhayon. He lives the truth that he presents, and we recognise that on a cellular level. Our bodies know the truth, and so we respond.

355. Yes, Anna, when I first met Serge Benhayon I too was disarmed by the absolute equality with which he treated me, in fact he loved and honoured me more than I loved myself at that time.

356. The first time I met Serge Benhayon, he was presenting at a college in London and I was asked to meet him and facilitate the event. He was the first of the very many presenters I welcomed who did not want any special treatment, did not need to use the space assigned for presenters, before starting. Serge was ‘ready to go’. When he started speaking, I knew immediately I was in the presence of someone different to all previous presenters at this college. He lived truth. When he spoke, I had an instant connection with him and felt the truth of what he shared in my body. Above all else was his humility and the love he shared with all of us.

This was something I also noticed about Serge Benhayon, there is hardly anything being advertised about him, it’s all seems to be via recommendation, that’s how I came across Serge because the Kinesiologist that I was seeing changed their entire practice over from Kinesiology to Universal Medicine, because they felt the truth of what was being presented. That tells us all just how powerful and life changing the Universal Medicine courses are.

358. The fact that Serge does not try sell anything or prove anything is such a space of freedom he offers.

359. Before meeting Serge I was almost at the stage of thinking that we are born, we live a pretty tough sort of life and then we die, even though deep down I knew there was more. So meeting Serge was like just the beginning, the beginning of the journey back to everything we once knew and what a journey that has turned out to be.

You mention ‘hiding’ a few times in your article and the words popped out for me each time… an opportunity for me to bring more understanding to the fact that I have spent a lot of my life artfully covering up who I truly am. And then to ongoingly and light heartedly appreciate the blessing that Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine are, as the inspiration to come out of hiding and enjoy presenting myself to myself and the world.

365. I remember Serge Benhayon sharing at a workshop that we, as a society, do not understand, and are, therefore, not appreciating how truly magnificent we are. Not only does this mean that we are living a lesser version of ourselves and are, in turn, suffering the consequences of doing so, but we are dishonouring ourselves and each other in the process and all that we are a part of. This dishonouring helps to keep us trapped where we are, rather than being inspired to be more of who we truly are.

366. ‘there was never a shortage of new healers advertising themselves and promising further enlightenment of some sort’ ….. Serge Benhayon considers himself to be an ordinary man, he never promises anything, rather, he presents the truth and allows everyone the space to choose for themselves what they do with that truth. What makes him extraordinary is the way he consistently chooses to live, with love, only ever expressing truth, openly sharing the divine man that he is with everyone, equally so.

367. The beauty of surrendering to live to our essence is that we become aware that every step in our unfolding is just the beginning, the beginning for the next step to take in our forever unfolding and expansion as this is the essence of our being.

368. Whenever I have spoken with Serge Benhayon, I have never felt judged, only confirmed

     1. Yes and always left to our own choice, which in the beginning I found quite disconcerting because I have been so used to being told what to do.

Anna as you say “When I met him I was pleasantly surprised to feel an instant warmth from him; it was quite unusual to meet someone you feel a definite connection and affinity with so quickly. ” this was the same with me and yet it is only years later do I start to appreciate the incredible differences in my life and in the way I am based on what he has inspired in me.

375. Learning to say NO to abuse from oneself or anyone else is in itself a true game changer.

And this is the very reason that I am inspired by Serge Benhayon, because from a very young age I had developed my BS detector, and it didn’t go off when I met Serge or has it ever gone off at any of the workshops or presentations I have attended that he has presented. 378. There was nothing special about the meeting with Serge Benhayon except that is changed the trajectory for my health and my life!! It was definitely just the beginning of a discovery of self that has resulted in me living a more connected joy-filled and purposeful life. It has taken me to look at the way I lived, my ideals and beliefs and take responsibility for my behaviour. 385. I can really relate with all that you have shared here Anna. Before meeting and knowing Serge Benhayon I also tried many many different New Age modalities none of which helped to truly heal in any way .. in fact they actually took me further away from my truth and what I knew to be true in my body. And I feel you are right here when we are looking on the outside to be ‘fixed’ (which will never ever work) we get accustomed to being enticed by empty words and promises ‘I realised that in the past I had become so accustomed to healers enticing me with their magic cures’ because I was looking outside of me and not within. Serge Benhayon is an incredibly beautifull and genuine gentle man and is the real deal. He does not promote himself in any way he just lives what he knows to be true. And how wonderfull that even though so much has been healed this is just the beginning in starting to live all of who we truly are.

386. ‘It seemed strange to me that Serge Benhayon didn’t advertise in the local paper or have any pamphlets lying around in the large array of health food shops and healthy restaurants,’ …. I have learnt, through the teachings from this immensely wise man, Serge Benhayon, that the most powerful way of communicating something to someone is through your lived expression of that truth. We know truth when it’s being reflected from another, we can feel it.

387. Just like you Anna I knew my search was over, meeting Serge and what he was presenting felt known and absolutely not new. Yes it was a new beginning after having abandoned the truth for so long. And yes this new beginning is only just the beginning of all there is to unfold, embrace and live.

388. Like you Anna I had also searched high and low for the meaning of life and had been on some right shady spiritual workshops and courses, all to no avail and all leaving me feeling more dissatisfied then ever.
     The searching stoped the day I met Serge he reminded me that there is never no need to search outside of ourselves and give to our power away no, Serge reminded me that life first and forth most is about Love- Simple.

391. I loved reading about your experience of meeting Serge Benhayon, Anna. During my first treatment with Serge I re-discovered the one thing I had been looking for all my life – my soul. I know there are countless similar stories of coming home and reconnecting to the love always felt inside, which no doubt is why Serge holds such a dear place in so many people’s hearts.

     1. I feel as if I had been waiting life times to meet Serge again and thus starting the process of meeting myself and everyone else again. Yes Serge holds such a dear place in my heart I wouldn’t even know how to start putting it into words.

I haven’t fully appreciated that I made the time and choice to go meet this man I was recommended to go see, be open to sit and feel what he was presenting and then say yes to what I have always known to be true. Word of mouth is the only way that Serge Benhayon has been known – there were no adverts I saw any where about Universal Medicine events, only a very persistent friend who had been a seeker-of-the- missing-piece-trail together with me for many years, I was thoroughly disillusioned with it all, but this friend kept saying to me – this man is different and is definitely the real deal – the truest moment – the seeking was finally over on meeting Serge Benhayon for the first time.

399. It is making the difference one man can have purely by living what they know is true. The ripple effect is huge and as a result so many more people are now also doing the same and so the ripples go out further. And far from needing to seek anything they ask us to go within and reconnect to what we already know within and bring this forth.

400. Before meeting Serge, I was heading for the cliff driving fast and was determined to leave no transferable parts. What a change from one meeting that planted the seed of new life within me. In some cases I received temporary relief but after 20 years of searching and trying things I have to say that I was worse off than when I started. 424. I really appreciated hearing of your past experience with healers ect and how you felt a blatant difference between Serge Benhayon and the spiritual new age presenters. I didn’t have a past where I experienced such presenters, I did recently watch a video clip of one of the presenters you mentioned workshop and I was so shocked to hear they actually sort out people with horrific abuse in their past to be a catalyst for change for the rest of the group…. From the 30 minutes I saw the differences just kept piling up and the lack of integrity was astonishing, people in the audience even stood in shock at behaviour of the presenter at times, but then the presenter would twist the shock into a ground breaking revelations/lies….. Well done for seeing through all of that… the peer pressure is massive and the need for you to “get It/transform your life” is everywhere from what I saw in the 30minutes. Oh and the intensity……..

What I found was that the more I did, the greater my desire to do more, learn more. Desire is the word here. For even though I attend regular workshops and courses with Universal Medicine, I have no desire or need, because I no longer feel less.. The desire I now know was about me feeling accepted and recognised.

     Interesting how the new age modalities do not assist really with how we feel about ourselves, because we are not deeply connecting to ourselves and hence the external need or desire.

I noticed immediately how non-imposing he was, and more than that at the time, he spoke in a way that made complete sense to me. I had been aching for the truth and had just known there was no point going down the spiritual new age path as it simply didn’t feel right (I had felt quite repulsed by it if honest). The fact that he presented in a way that allowed me to feel the truth of his presentation for myself, to leave or stay as I wished, was gold – there was no need in him for me to respond in any way at all.

475. I had also meet Serge Benhayon by a word of mouth referral many years ago. In all of these years, Serge has not changed from the person that lives every moment of what he shares with us as a reflection, for us all. Today, I am not a different person, just my true self that had been hiding for years waiting to step into the light once again.

Thank you for sharing Anna, there isso much to appreciate about what Serge Benhayon has brought to us all, but alos to appreciate in each and everyone of us who has embraced the love we are and are now reflecting it back to others.         1. And the daft thing is that it’s a shackle for which we carry the key! Imagine how insane that is. For aeons we drag ourselves down…only to finally discover the golden key that rests in our inner heart and simply pops open even the most rust-encrusted and ancient of locks.

However, I never tire of reading them as each one comes with such a unique expression and angle and each one opens me up to my own appreciation of this man. A blog like this – written with no ra-ra, no excessive superlatives, no pandering, no pedestal-putting (word?!) is a joy to let in – because a deeper acceptance of the glory of Serge Benhayon is just a deeper acceptance of the glory of us all.

489. I too remember the first time I met Serge Benhayon at a workshop in London 13 years ago. It is as clear as days how when I looked into his eyes and said hello I knew instantly something was different about him to the many other spiritual new age people I had seen in the past. Everything as you say about Serge Benhayon was deeply respectful, honouring and the warmth that oozed out of him was something I hadn’t come across. It was like I had known Serge Benhayon for years and what he presents was the first time I could feel the truth of what he shared in a very humble yet precise way. It felt like I knew it all and I was nodding along and it all made complete and utter sense. Since that day I have developed a wonderful relationship with Serge and what as been amazing to feel is he treats everyone with the same amount of love and dedication.

     1. Yes – there is such a grace in this process. For me, it is so beautiful and inspiring that someone who knows who he is with so much love for himself and for all can touch another so profoundly and yet he has done this for many, many hundreds. The lives of these many hundreds have changed enormously as a result and in their turn are each inspiring many hundreds more.
