Our bodies are talking the whole day to us; they tell us when to eat, what to eat, when to take a rest, when to go to bed, when to speak… but do we listen? Why do we ignore these messages? Continue reading “Whole Body Intelligence – Choices Between the Body & Mind”
Every moment is a choice. Every choice is a responsibility.
Let´s compute just for the fun of it, to get an idea how many choices we have made to arrive at this point in time, this very moment in our life right now. In my case this is Monday, 9 January, 2017 at 7.33pm.

She explained how she was very impressed by the way I got on the stage with such ease and joy, without any fear or fuss. She went on to say how great it was for her to witness someone up on the stage so powerfully and freely expressing; someone with such innocent joy and at the same time a contagious, sassy sparkle. I was going to write this blog from the perspective that I was in an abusive relationship with my partner, and he was the perpetrator, and I the victim. I genuinely believed this, at least, until… I started getting really deeply honest and truth-full with myself. Continue reading “The Truth about the Cycle of Abuse”
