I have known Serge Benhayon for over five years and in that time he has only ever shown me the greatest level of respect and love, often more than I would give myself.
I have watched Serge and listened to his presentations, and as a result have made my way more loving and caring than ever before. It is through this great work that I can begin to truly love myself once again. I have been witness to Serge’s unwavering commitment to love, to himself, and to humanity. Serge has never ever made himself different or special. He has always shared that this is available to everyone, and has always presented that the greatness is there in everyone and all we have to do is choose to re-connect to it.
Serge has been for me someone who I look to as an exceptional representation of a human being.
Serge Benhayon has presented to me:
- Another way of being able to live in the world that doesn’t involve taking illegal drugs, smoking cigarettes and binge drinking on the weekends.
- A way of living where I don’t have depression or suicidal thoughts.
- A way of living where I don’t have to eat food that I know isn’t good for my body.
- A way of living where I can look after myself, re-build from intense insecurity and anxiousness to one where I am starting to feel really confident and beautiful within myself.
I have never been told how to live my life, Serge only ever presents… and it is up to each and every one of us to step up and make more loving choices in our own time – and my time is now.
So thank you so very, very much, Serge Benhayon.
The Truth about Serge Benhayon 
I totally agree with you Caroline Francis, Serge Benhayon cannot make decisions for us. I have been attending the workshops and presentations for 14 years, and I’m still dragging my feet. I can attend all the workshops and presentations etc., but until I decide to make the changes, nothing changes which is the proof that everything I do, say or think is entirely my responsibility. As my mother always told me you can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink. Which again is proof that there is no such thing as brain washing at the presentations and workshops. If there was I would not be dragging my feet.
I was reading an article on the 9/11/2001 bombings of the Twin Towers in America and it is very clear to me that we do know love, brotherhood and we all have loving hearts. We only seem to show these qualities in aversity, but these qualities are within us we are inconsistent in expressing them to each other which is a sad indictment of our society and what we accept as ‘normal’.
How many of us have been told that there is a greatness in all of us all we have to do is chose to re-connect to it. I certainly never experienced this in my life until recently and I never saw anyone else receive such a confirmation. It has taken me many years to actually believe that the connection to God that I can feel in Serge Benhayon and his family resides not just me but all of us. Where does this denial of God come from? There are many ways that we are fed disinformation about God and our relationship to and with him. We are encouraged from day dot to look outside of ourselves and in the looking out we have forgotten that all we need to sustain us is actually within us, what a great set up to keep us all away from accessing God it is a lie we have all fallen for. And until we re-connect from within to God we will continue to experience the constant unease in our bodies that this disconnect brings.
I agree Richard I have a family member who met Serge Benhayon several years ago at a presentation he was giving and it has completely changed their way of life. In just one meeting they instinctively knew that what was being presented was the truth and from that day has made changes so they have become far more loving towards themselves and other people, interact with people instead of being shy and not talking for fear of saying something wrong. They have become my inspiration of what is possible when we let go of the control we think we have over life.
So simply and beautifully presented. This says it all. No judgement, no expectation, Serge Benhayon offers us a way of living and this is a great reminder of what an amazing reflection he is. I can certainly attest to the changes that he has helped me to make in my life.

Wherever we might be in our life, however we might be living it, to be shown that there is another way is challenging/inspiring because it tells us we have a choice and it is our choice that we have been living. With no love, to with love – again, this is a choice as well. No one needs to tell us what to choose, we do know what we want to choose, it is a question of whether to fight it or not fight it, and how much we fight it, and are we still blaming others for our choices.
Until I met Serge Benhayon, I didn’t know there was another choice in life. It’s as though we are given a blue print of a contract as we come into this life and that is our lot to live it, no choice involved.
Serge Benhayon has given back to humanity a choice it then becomes a personal choice. I am so glad I met Serge Benhayon and from that meeting have made different life style choices so much so that I now can say I absolutely love my life. How many of us can honestly say this.
Our Livingness is a reflection of what we choose on a daily basis and when we have a choice and understanding about what Love, True Love with what it shall bring, then this connection is an absoluteness. And does it not at this level of Loving and caring bring and make an amazing impact on our lives, and this we need to shout from the roof tops with the Deepest-Humble-Appreciative-Ness of our expanding Love. As Love has a Humble-Ness and being Humble is only accepting the Love of the Soul and not any other energy.
In todays world where I can see that we are completely out of control and that anything goes, to read this blog it is a great reminder of what Serge Benhayon represents to the world

I know it works because I live it, not in perfection but to the best of my ability and I would not change anything because I know the depths of despair I came from to where I am today the difference is remarkable, thanks to the loving support of Serge Benhayon and his family.
Even though its not his greatest strength, Serge Benhayon is a master in confirming energy.
This is what I find fascinating, that Serge Benhayon tells everyone that we are very special and that there is a greatness within us all that for most is hidden away under a layer of hurts from an incident that we contracted away from. Discover the hurt and heal this and it is as though a door opens into a different world suddenly its as though you can see clearly and there is a settlement to the body as the anxiousness most of us live with subsides, which is what brings the settlement tour bodies. It’s quite remarkable and well worth discovering.
A way of living that can be joyful, where work is fun and not tiring. A way of living that makes long working days not a struggle. Living with honest and truthful relationships and role models in life, of appreciating ourselves and what we bring. I could carry on but suffice to say Serge Benhayon lives and presents that life can be beyond amazing.

Serge Benhayon has reawakened me to the fact that there are energies passing through us all the time. And there is an energy that does not want humanity to wake up and remember where we all come from. Just knowing that there is for now an unseen energy that is very wily and is trying to keep us all from knowing who we truly are and where we actually come from is empowering, because now I know that the thoughts that I have are not mine they are passing through me from a pool of consciousness that I have tapped into. Changing my movements changes the flow of thoughts I’m picking up.
I am amazed that a man can show me and all of humanity more love than we give to ourselves.
I am now able to appreciate myself much more than ever before and still we are encouraged to dig deeper and there find even more love that is within in us all waiting to be shared.
No one to my mind in this life has ever encouraged people to truly love one another. It seems to me that instead we breed hatred and incite mistrust; this can result in warfare, but what does war accomplish? In my opinion nothing except a lot of dead and misplaced people, this breeds even more hatred, resentment and mistrust. Thank heaven literally for Serge Benhayon who is by reflection showing humanity a different way to live that encompasses love for ourselves and each other.
Becoming aware that someone else can say yes to us in a bigger way than ourselves, it is a great thing because it reveals us how much there of ourselves is there to dis-/un-cover.

Melinda, I have felt confidence come into my body I can feel it when I move and I agree with you there is an ongoing process to go deeper into my body as the more I deepen the more I discover. The wonderment I have is that I have been in resistance to this way of being for such a long time it now makes no sense at all as to why I was in such stubborn resistance.
To be presented with a choice, to know that we can live another way, that is a gift, and one Serge Benhayon offers to all he meets, everyone is offered it.
Beautiful Simone thank you for sharing, what Serge presents is what humanity is longing for, a way to bring love back into our lives, to live with joy and respect for ourselves and all of humanity, Serge’s love for humanity is deeply inspiring and felt, how he lives is a reflection to us of what is possible to be lived in our own lives.
Serge asks nothing of us, he encourages us to be ourselves through his presentations, and we are free to arrive at our own conclusions, for me Serge Benhayon is a very inspiring man, he holds the whole of humanity in the deepest love and respect.
To have found a way of living that has alleviated your day to day anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts and reduced your illegal drugs and excessive alcohol intake to nothing (both of which would be likely to have an effect on the status of our mental health) with the support of Universal Medicines presentations and workshops is an awesome transformation Simone. I say go for it because you are clearly onto something that supports you to live your potential and a far more improved quality of day to day than you have in the past.

My past being, low self esteem, anxiety, nervous tension, mental health problems. I do not have these issues any more, the energy of them is not in my body because by looking honestly at these conditions I have healed them so that the negative energy has no influence over me.
Most of us grow up believing life is just what has been shown to us – that that’s it, nothing more. What Serge presents is that there is more – and that the more is called the Universe – and it never stops, because the universe is constantly expanding. When we feel connected to the grandness of the entire universe, it’s pretty difficult for life to be boring.
I agree – Serge Benhayon often presents and meets another with the level of love that we don’t give ourselves. In my trying to love myself, there’s been lots of adding, doing more – as if I need to prove and justify my loveliness over and beyond what is not truly me, and it feels like that I am not really trusting the what is in full. The level of love I am getting to reconnect through the teachings presented by Serge Benhayon keeps on deepening, and there’s not enough thank yous I can say.

Serge Benhayon has certainly inspired many, many, many people to live from the inside out instead of being at the mercy of the world.
living inside out is such a support Kathleenbaldwin, when the energy the world is in is relentlessly bombarding us all with negative and abusive thoughts. To have this inner quality to me feels like a shield, so for example the other day when work felt over whelming, I sat back and said to myself that I didn’t have to fall for the overwhelm that there was really nothing to get overwhelmed about it was just my spirit looking for an excuse to duck out of life and have a hissy fit about it. To know this was what was happening it was just an energy actually deflated the energy and it wasn’t able to sustain itself and so couldn’t stay in my body. To me that is the absolute testament that the workshops and presentations I have attended at Universal Medicine given by Serge Benhayon actually works when applied to life. the science behind this is absolutely fascinating because it shows me just how much is going on in life that we get caught up in because we do not want to see or read the energetic facts, but just accept life as it is.
Serge Benhayon shows us how we can live our life by our inner truth and that that is enough to inspire each other to do the same.
I remember first going to a presentation by Serge Benhayon and sitting there going ‘really I can choose that’, like such simple things like even liking myself, finding out that we are everything already, that I can choose not to do something or not… this seems basic but it was huge, I lived under so many beliefs and ideals of not putting my head up to high or making decisions that other people didn’t like. From his reflection it was like I gave myself permission again to know and feel me.

Victoria that is exactly what we have a guide how beautifully expressed and we sure do need a guide as currently we are seemingly giving ourselves away out of fear, this so reminds me of centuries past when we gave up our civil rights to the religious persecution of the day. We look back on history and call that time the dark ages, and I wonder if we are not just repeating the same situation? Are we plummeting into another dark age out of fear, discrimination and misinformation.

What I don’t understand lorrainwellman is that if we as individuals decide that actually the way we have lived has been totally loveless and self abusive and we decide having listened to Serge Benhayon to try a different way to live which entails being responsible for ourselves why this amongst certain people can cause such a negative reaction? Having come from a very dark space to one that is far more loving, these people do not make any sense to me. I can look back and honestly say I dread to think what my life would have looked like if I hadn’t met Serge Benhayon. I would probably have ended up in a similar situation to my deceased mother, an alcoholic and died a very lonely woman cut off from society by my own choices. Instead at the age of 65 I have no thoughts of retiring, I do not drink alcohol anymore and I live a full and joyful life, what a turn around from what I probably would have become.
It’s great to have people and things around you that bring to you consistently there is another way to be and live. It would seem most that surrounds us tends to walk us back into the same place and we wake each day hoping that things maybe different or holding onto a memory of when things were better or could be better. What if there is a way to be that guarantees your next step or movement? Would you want to see it or more still would you want to live it in every moment more and more with everything it brings? This is all that men like Serge Benhayon are doing living true to a connected feeling of where to move next, a feeling that goes beyond four walls and goes out to touch everything. From this connection every movement is a detail in a bigger canvas and things aren’t left in hope or better. They are lived true in a moment knowing the next moment is guaranteed from there. If we live less to this then this is what we walk, what the world sees and what we leave behind and equally walk into. We can only guarantee our step from holding a knowing of who we already are.

Serge has brought a deeper understanding towards sensitivity. How much we all feel energy and what is true and not. How much we are not living in our power of what we feel. This has been the greatest gift to rediscover this and grow and heal. To make mistakes and not be caught in the hardness of perfection of right and wrong. He is a living tale for many years to come.
I agree Rik, it’s as though we do not want to admit how sensitive we all are, we have been hurt so we build these barriers around us thinking they will protect us but we still get hurt because energy passes through and so the lie of defending ourselves is exposed. I now understand that if we love ourselves then there is no reason to try and defend ourselves from the slings and arrows of life because they cannot penetrate love. It’s as though love gives us a heads up of what’s around us and so we know how to handle a situation before it’s happened.
Serge Benhayon’s reflection is very powerful and he has always inspired me to be more loving and committed to life, I am forever grateful for all Serge shares with us on a consistent basis as it deeply supportive in so many ways.
Serge Benhayon is nothing less than inspiring. How he has moved through all that has been presented about him in the general media and continually supporting others without question is unheard of. He suffers not from things that have been said about him, for he knows without doubt who he is and that what has been said is not that. With all that is happening around the world with bullying and online abuse, Serge Benhayon and now quite a number of others who have been associated with Serge, stand out as leading the way on how to live and continue to live well without allowing an ounce of the abuse to effect how they live and who they are. Therefore inspiring and a way forward for many who have found themselves in similar situations and don’t know how to deal with such things.

Recently I noticed myself going into the trying to ‘fix’ a situation which felt horrible in my body. I felt anxious and racy. True answers have to come from my body, no-one not even Serge Benhayon can make decisions for me. It is my responsibility.

I agree, Simone – my experience of Serge Benhayon is that he just presents what he knows is true for him and leaves you to decide if it’s something you agree with or not. Beautiful Simone. What I learn through the teachings presented by Serge Benhayon is never about stopping eating certain food and adopting certain behaviour and saying no to certain things; but it is all about being a student of my inner-most. All the life style choices, changes and everything else that unfolds are because of one’s decision to live according to their inner-heart.
Serge has been a great role model for me too. Even though I knew full well (as well as everyone around me) that there were things I was doing in my life that did not support me, it was not until I had Serge Benhayon in my life and many other Universal Medicine students, that I was able to truly admit the harm these things were doing to me, and begin to change them for more loving and supportive ways. When someone actually lives a loving way, instead of just talking about it, it makes all the difference… it makes it real, and not just a possibility or theory.

When Serge Benhayon asks how you are you can feel the genuine warmth in his voice that he actually cares about you. So many people ask the same question and it is just an automatic question there is no warmth or care behind the words. This is not a criticism just an observation of the difference in the quality and energy behind the words spoken.

You have put into words exactly how my experience of Serge Benhayon has been for me. It is inspiring that one man has prompted so much true healing and change in people’s lives, all from a simple way of living and being. And we can all do it!

Totally agree Ryoko – his is the role of a very gentle loving guide, but always leaving the choice as to which way we go up to us. That is the whole point of the teachings.

Thank you Simone Ellis for your simple, factual and profound story. Like you I have made some incredible changes to my life since I came across the work of Serge Benhayon.
For me, it was a dream or another lifetime if that overweight issue was ever going to be sorted. On top of that my exhaustion, constant busy-ness and utter neglect of my body was what I thought was normal and who am I to complain. I tried gurus, lifestyle coaches and most religions to name a few, on my life journey and nothing changed. The Truth was nothing was sustainable because it was not the whole Truth.

“The greatest level of respect and love, often more than I would give myself.” I feel that many of us come to realize this after a while – that we have not been loving ourselves. It comes as quite an aha moment to discover that someone else, Serge Benhayon, has been patiently loving us so much more for so long than we do. Having seen that loving reflection in him shows the way to choose to start loving ourselves.
Oh my gosh Dianne Serge Benhayon thankfully has been a constant reflection of true love for the world. I feel I can finally say I have put down the cudgel that I have been using to beat myself up and to allow myself to feel the love I have within me, that in actual fact we all have within us. I have discovered that when I could feel it in me, I could feel in everyone else. I can now say that we are love first before anything else from my body, it is not a mental exercise anymore.
Serge Benhayon is amazing and a man I dearly love, everything he presents and shares is an absolute commitment to love. I have never met another being on this planet that lives consistently each day in every single area of their life such dedicated commitment to love, truth and humanity – and I have never felt such true love with not one ounce of imposition, emotion or need – truly truly beautiful to feel and super inspiring, as I know I can be and we all can be that way too.

I agree Simonwilliams, Fiona and Simone. It was the love and respect I felt from Serge that stopped me in my tracks and I caught how little regard, care or love I was actually offering myself. It was confronting but it also offered me a choice to change this way of being with myself and to be loving and caring the way I could see Serge be consistently with himself and everyone he meets.
