I was very much focussed on being exclusively individual before I came to study and be a student of Universal Medicine. All I cared about was myself. I wasted money while not caring about anyone else. Now my life has completely turned around to one that is re-learning to be a life of love; one that is developing to be deeply loving, deeply caring of myself and humanity… a truly joyful, amazing, incredible, truly charitable, giving back to the community way of living. Walk with Joy
I was feeling a little irritable whilst walking to work one morning, which felt very unusual for me, as usually of late I have been feeling much joy as I walk.
Since being introduced to Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine my life has completely changed. I am more committed to life, my relationships, my work and most importantly, myself. Continue reading “Walk with Joy”
The Ruby Inside: A Universal Story from the California Fires
I had not turned on the car radio for about 4 weeks and I felt to switch it on just before arriving home the other day. The timing was perfect to catch about 2 minutes of an interview with a man who recently lost his home in one of the Californian fires. This is what I heard, somewhat paraphrased:
A man in his 70’s is describing the moments when fire was all around his house and the front gate was engulfed in flames and would not open… eventually he gave up on trying to break it down and realised he couldn’t get out. He says that is when he called his wife and said goodbye to her… but somehow, he did manage to get through the gate and drive through the smoke and fire to safety. Vitality of a Daffodil
‘Vitality’ is an interesting word. Where does it come from, what is its origin?
The first four letters as the root, describing ‘force’ or ‘energy,’ gives it away somewhat. For example, the pre-fix ‘vita’ as it appears at the commencement of many words, such as the word ‘vita-mins’, is often an addition favoured by food production companies when naming many biscuit type items, Continue reading “Vitality of a Daffodil”
Time, Life and Me – Now One and the Same
How often do we say “I don’t have time,” “If only there were more hours in the day,” or “I need time for me, everything I do is for everyone else”?
Common, tiring and ever so draining, constantly wanting more time, never feeling there are enough hours in the day to fit everything in. Our lives are so full of things to do and places to be, it makes sense we feel this way.
I can totally relate to all of this, as in the past I used to squeeze as much as possible into a day. Looking back, my days were gauged by how ‘good’ they were based on how much was achieved or completed. Continue reading “Time, Life and Me – Now One and the Same”
Coming Back To Whole Body Intelligence
How do we know as a toddler how to and when we are ready to walk? Of course we see others are walking, but that does not show us the mechanics of how to do it and we do not know when they began – for all we know, if we do not have young people in our sphere of life, it is possible they may have started this process later, in teenage years.
