Soul Train

For many years I had frequent dreams about trains. In fact, they were more like nightmares. I would often dream of catching the wrong train and going in the wrong direction, or missing the train and watching it pull out of the station, or I would be standing on the wrong platform and see my train on a different platform. Often I would be trying to get through the ticket barrier with no success while watching the train disappear. If I ever had a dream that I was actually on the train, I would often be on it without a ticket, or without a seat, or facing backwards and feeling like I wasn’t getting anywhere. Hello Humanity – We Need to Talk About Your Breath

Hello humanity, we need to talk about your breath. I know it’s a touchy subject and I’m not trying to embarrass you, in fact, I wouldn’t mention it at all unless I felt it was super important. This is the type of thing that only a true friend would bring up, so here goes.

For a long while now I have noticed how you breathe. At times it’s heavy, at times racy, at times calm, but the majority of the time it changes in reaction to what is going on around you. You watch a scary movie and it races, you push yourself on the sports field and it gets heavy, you sit with a mantra and it changes again. The Power of the Gentle Breath Meditation™

I would not be where I am today if it were not for having started practising the Gentle Breath Meditation, as presented by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine, over ten years ago.

To give you some of my background… I used to meditate LOTS before I discovered Universal Medicine, but the style of meditation I used to do was a visual kind (where I visualised something) – and it was always a means to escape the world, a means to not be in my body, a means to be in a fantasy space, where there was no disturbance and I was left to be in ‘peace.’ I would visualise walking down a path in a forest, being in nature or visualise various colours around me, or filling myself up with ‘sand’ and ‘melting’ away any tension. Always a fantasy space. Continue reading “The Power of the Gentle Breath Meditation™”

The LOVE of Serge Benhayon

Growing up as a child I was always longing for that Love I was taught about in RE (Religious Instruction) lessons and in Church – that unconditional, abiding and holding Love of God.

I was taught it was not possible here on earth as it was “heavenly,” but we should all aspire to it. Life was spent struggling to be this impossible perfection as some sort of ideal amidst the conflicting role models and influences of the human world around me, without having any idea how to approach it. The True Test of Science is How it Faces the Unknown

Long before the discovery of bacteria, people were getting infections of many kinds and foods would still go rancid. Science didn’t invent bacteria, neither did it understand it for a long time… until it had the tools to measure it with.

Long before the Geiger counter, the uranium rock carried radiation, as do other minerals and foods. Science didn’t invent radiation, neither did it understand it for a long time… until it had the tools to measure it with. Continue reading “The True Test of Science is How it Faces the Unknown”

SOUL WISDOM – Divine Magic at Play!

In the modern world as we know it, a great emphasis is placed on things learnt, information exchanged, knowledge acquired and productivity optimised, and this practice has been in motion for a few hundred years, ever since the birth of the Industrial Revolution.
