Truth – Nothing to Lose but Love

by Nicki Ferguson, Sydney

Love is always there to support us, we just don’t always allow ourselves to feel it. The lack of loving support that I used to have for myself, and the (sometimes bumpy) journey of re-discovering that support, is the main gist of this post.

I listen to Universal Medicine audio presentations often. They help bring me back to my truest self as a reminder of what I, in truth, already know about the world – how it feels from the inside and how it behaves on the out. I also see an Esoteric Practitioner.

I’ve been pondering about a contribution to this blog for a few months now. Partly because I want to feel like I am in a good space to contribute… that is, connected to love and able to write from a place of love so that love is the energetic imprint clearly marked on my words. But that’s where I come undone… this idealistic desire to be in a ‘perfect’ space to be able to express my truth. Continue reading “Truth – Nothing to Lose but Love”

A Tender Hug… Reflecting the Love That I Am

by Jinya, age 36, UK

On a recent visit to a friend’s house, as I was saying goodbye to them, all the kids continued to play as they said bye – except the 5 year-old girl, who I have known since birth. She walked up to me for the first time of her own accord and gave me the most beautiful, tender, meltingly gorgeous hug… ever. I melted and almost cried. This little girl had always been quite shy and although she would talk to me, she had never openly expressed any kind of affection. What was so different on this day?

What was different was that I saw her and I wasn’t afraid to let in her love. In a beautiful moment, she felt that I saw her and the hug was a physical confirmation of what had already occurred energetically. Love would never impose itself on another because that just isn’t what love does. It waits. And waits. And waits. And when you’re ready, touches you with such powerful tenderness that it leaves a grown man crying… well, almost. I saw her that day because on that day I had given myself permission to be more of the love inside me, and what I could see and feel in the little girl was a simple equality. We met. Bringing Simplicity to Life

by Fiona, Mells, Somerset, UK

One of the main focuses in my life is simplicity, whilst still being fully engaged and active in the world! Sometimes, when faced with multiple things to do, time limitations or even just new or personally challenging situations, it can be easy to slip into complication or worrying ‘mode’. I’ve found that taking a moment to re-assess how I can fulfill what’s truly needed in the simplest way possible can open up avenues that I hadn’t previously seen and change the quality in the way I get things done. WHY is it That?… Why NOT This?

by Josh Campbell, IT student and a student of life in general, Tauranga, New Zealand

I have no super-amazing story of Serge Benhayon saving me from my pain or my discomfort in life, but rather a simple one of me realising in myself that what he presents is truth. This was not because I had to believe it or try to live a life by idolising the way he lives his, but rather because I could actually feel deep within me that what he said was also a truth for me. This was because I could really experience it for myself by feeling it within me too.

Long before I came across the work of Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine (through hearing about it from my parents), I was living a heavy emotional life – full of stress, anger, frustration, the odd spurt of happiness (which never really lasted), and the odd combination of other emotions from time to time. This, for me, was my experience of ‘feeling’ things. To me, at this time, a feeling was an emotion. Continue reading “WHY is it That?… Why NOT This?”

Trust Restored

by Lorraine Wellman, Cert Ed. UK

I have struggled with endemic levels of corruption, deception, greed and lack of integrity in my life, and in the world. How can other human beings be like that to fellow human beings? If this is what life is like, then do I really want to exist within this paradigm? Who can I trust? Why do most people not want the truth to emerge? These were all questions I pondered. I Found My True Voice Again…

by Dr Rachel Hall, Brisbane Australia

“Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim.
Accept no one’s definition of your life; define yourself.” Harvey Fierstein

My whole life I recall being told: be quiet, stop talking, don’t shout out the answers, you can’t say that, keep your trap shut, shush, be silent, pipe down, don’t speak out of turn and hold your tongue, along with a multitude of other colloquialisms to stop me from verbally expressing myself.
