Our Love is Forever and is Here to Stay

by Emily Billsborough, Receptionist (Diploma of Business Management), Wollongbar, Australia

What are we searching or fighting for?
Does anyone ask if there may be more?

Who built the pyramids and aligned them to the stars?
Was it us or aliens from Mars?

If we looked back throughout our history,
Maybe it wouldn’t be such a mystery.

How many times have we cried to God above,
Then gone back to living life without love? Continue reading “Our Love is Forever and is Here to Stay”

My Questions were Finally Answered

by Terri-Anne Connors, Melbourne, Victoria

I am thirty-six years of age and some would say I have already lived through more significant life events than most people have lived in their entire lives. I could write pages on a number of deeply painful and nothing less than traumatic events that have occurred in my life, either directly to me, a member of my immediate family or a close friend: from death, murder, rape, suicide, illness, disease, drug and alcohol abuse to physical and emotional abuse. Supporting Health & Wellbeing: Combining Western & Universal Medicine

by JJ, Australia

I love reading people’s accounts of their experiences since they came across Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine. I come from a background where Western Medicine was the norm and nothing complementary was even considered. The doctor, pharmacist and, if necessary, the dentist were always our first ports of call, if we ever had a problem with our health. My parents always followed mainstream medicine and Dad would sing its praises until the cows came home. Continue reading “Supporting Health & Wellbeing: Combining Western & Universal Medicine”

WHY is it That?… Why NOT This?

by Josh Campbell, IT student and a student of life in general, Tauranga, New Zealand

I have no super-amazing story of Serge Benhayon saving me from my pain or my discomfort in life, but rather a simple one of me realising in myself that what he presents is truth. This was not because I had to believe it or try to live a life by idolising the way he lives his, but rather because I could actually feel deep within me that what he said was also a truth for me. This was because I could really experience it for myself by feeling it within me too.

Long before I came across the work of Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine (through hearing about it from my parents), I was living a heavy emotional life – full of stress, anger, frustration, the odd spurt of happiness (which never really lasted), and the odd combination of other emotions from time to time. This, for me, was my experience of ‘feeling’ things. To me, at this time, a feeling was an emotion. Continue reading “WHY is it That?… Why NOT This?”

Changing the World: In a Huge, Powerful, Earth Shattering and Awesome Way

by Leonne Sharkey, Compliance Coordinator, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia

About 8 years ago I wrote on an online profile that I wanted to “change the world”. I had no idea what this meant but I was trying to write a profile from the heart and I knew it was something I wanted to do. Of course “changing the world” always meant “for the better” and I wanted it to be in a huge, powerful, earth shattering and awesome way.

Unfortunately, I think my attempts to express this came off a bit ‘beauty pageant–like’, because when people asked exactly how I wanted to change the world… I was stumped! I had no idea, I just knew the world seemed messed up and I wanted to fix it… How embarrassing! Continue reading “Changing the World: In a Huge, Powerful, Earth Shattering and Awesome Way”

Gentle Breath Meditation™: the Warmest Embrace comes from Within

The other morning I was on the CityCat ferry on my way to work. I was aware that I’d gotten a bit frazzled on the way to drop my son at school and then during the drive to the CityCat stop – because I was impatient to get there in time to find a park so I could catch the right ferry to get me directly to work.

As I do every day on my way to work, I closed my eyes to start my gentle breath meditation. As my breath became gentler I felt an expansion in my lungs, and breathing became almost effortless. I could feel a beautiful warmth in my lungs and in my chest that then spread to my arms, my hands, and then filled my whole body. It was like a fire gently warming me and bringing a deep stillness. In that moment I recognised that I was in the warmest, yummiest, most loving embrace I’d ever experienced – yet it came from within.
